Club Training
The Club conducts training sessions for players of all levels throughout the year. Training is held on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings at the Lakeside Leisure Centre, Tuggeranong.
Seniors
Saturday - 10:15am till Midday
Monday - 8:00pm till 9:30pm
Juniors
Saturday - 9:15am till 10:30am
Monday - 7:15pm till 8:30pm
The sessions are run by qualified coaches and senior players and consist of a mixture of swimming, ball work, team drills, and practice games. The emphasis is on learning the basics, improving skills and, most importantly, enjoyment. The Vikings would like to encourage anyone who is interested in playing or training to come down to the pool and to give it a go. See you at the pool!

Vikings Junior Development
The Tuggeranong Vikings Water Polo Club is committed to the development of junior players in the Tuggeranong Valley and the ACT region and, as noted above, has a strong record in this area. The Vikings club often conducts programs designed specifically to introduce children and new members to the sport. These programs are run by fully accredited coaches, including former Olympians Rene Bol and Kim Terrell, and are closely supervised. The Club is heavily involved in ACT Water Polo Inc development programs with a number of Viking Coaches involved in Junior Development at the elite level and the club has also been extremely successful in the ACT Water Polo local Junior Competitions. All our Juniors are encouraged to train with the Seniors when they are comfortable, to further develop their skills.
